Hello there! I am a Certified Traditional Naturopath with a bachelors degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Bellarmine University. I have a passion for holistic health, science, and nutrition. I'm here to help you achieve your health goals through nutrition, herbal remedies, and lifestyle recommendations. Using a biofeedback machine I will determine the best course of action for you and your health goals. Let's get healthy together!
Services
In the initial appointment I will do an overview of all of your systems to see which ones need the most support. It will be 1hr long and we can focus on certain problem areas you have concerns about and come up with a game plan together to get your body back on track.
In your follow-up appointments we will be reviewing how the previous recommendations have been working for you and if we need to change, continue, or stop them. We will also look at any new health concerns you might have or any we did not get to in the previous appointment.

What to Expect
During your naturopathic consultation, we will be utilizing an Indigo64 biofeedback machine*. You will have ankle and wrist straps as well as a headband that connects you to my device. This device helps me to determine what body systems need support and the best supplements or approach to supporting those systems. I am not a medical doctor and do not diagnose or prescribe. I recommend nutrition, herbal or nutrient supplementation, or lifestyle adjustments to support your unique individual body needs.

*Those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or have a pacemaker should not use biofeedback. If you wish to have an appointment without the use of biofeedback, please contact me.
